From Roetgen I had to climb up this mountain. It was pretty steep for a dutch guy and way to long for a bike without a mountain-gear. With the last hundred meters in sight I had two options, to fall down or to walk further. I had 4 days of biking to go, so I decided to walk this bit. Once on top of the mountain the view was beautiful, so were the speeds going down, up to 50 kilometers per hour. I could have gone faster, but I do not really trust my 30 year old bike to still be capable of doing that. On the picture a hectometerpole with the sign worn off.
